Help please. Chick is weak and opening and closing beak. Video included.

This is a TSC chick they had in the back waiting to die with five others. I didn’t notice her until we got her home. But when we got her home she was lethargic and floppy. We have her poultry cell and water. She hasn’t eaten much since she got here. She has pooped though. She just started doing the opening and closing of her mouth about 30 minutes ago. Bubbles and water came up as well. What can I do for her? She is still peeping but doesn’t move a lot.

This is a picture of her feet. Is she dehydrated? I’m scared to give her more water with her doing the mouth thing.

I'm sorry, she may be dying.
What is the temperature you're keeping her at? I would hesitate giving her water if she's has fluids coming up.

She did die. Shortly after this post actually. I was keeping her on a heating pad with a blanket. The heating pad was on medium. I feel bad that she died but I also know she had little chance. When we brought her home she was not active. Just flopped around really. I feel better knowing she didn’t die in the back of store only to end up in the dumpster. Or wherever they put dead chicks.
