Help please: coop ladders!

Hi everyone,

I have 5 sweet chicks that I just moved outside. They are about 6 weeks old and are loving their new coop, eating and playing and growing. The one issue is: the coop has two ladders leading up to the nesting boxes and roosting bar. I put them in there at night (there is a warming lamp in that portion of the coop) and then let them out into the main run in the morning. The problem is, they don't seem to have any clue how or why to go up the little ladders.

Any advice on how to train them to do that?

It's trial and error. They will figure it out eventually. Mine use ladders to go in and out of the coop and down inside the coop. I don't even have ladders up to my roosts. They just hop or fly up to them.
