Help Please - Do I have a Roo?

This is my 8 wk old EE, can yall tell if i have a roo, I have pic of the other EE and RIR I bought with her/him.

Looks like a boy to me. Does it have any red leakage?

Btw the one in question is Hootie (the white one w/ black splashes), the other two are Lucy (the RIR) and Ethel (the other EE)

I think red leakage means in the feathering do you see any red??

does anyone else have an opinion? we are still hoping Hootie is a girl, we would hate to have to re-home her/him

EEs can be slow to mature & keep you guessing longer than other breeds. Tell-tale rooster signs are combs/wattles that are larger/redder than the others', shiny iridescent feathers in the tail, and pointy hackle & saddle feathers. At 8 weeks those may already be starting to emerge, part the feathers at Hootie's neck & back to see if they're visable.
