HELP PLEASE! Egg yolk peritonitis-need baytril dosage FAST!

Please tell me someone can help me. My 2 yo blue andalusian hen has EYP. I have 2 tablets of baytril 68 mg. I was told to grind them, add 9cc of Ensure and mix. This is from a previous chicken and I have no dosage for the tablets. She is about 3 lbs. Please help!!!

My notes from a prescription from an avian vet...

• Enrofloxacin (Baytril) 0.21mL x 227mg/mL twice daily for 7-pound bird (~6.81mg per pound) for 7 days

Can you do the math for your bird? How much does she weigh?

Most of the avian links I have found say to give 5-15 mg per Kg (each 2.2 pounds) of weight daily for 5 days to chickens. So you could crush a tablet and mix in 10 ml of yogurt. Each ml would then equal roughly 6 mg. Or if you mix a tablet in 5 ml of yogurt, each ml would equal 12 mg. I have also crushed tablets and mixed contents into liverwurst, cream cheese, or pate cat food to give to animals.
