HELP PLEASE! Egg yolk peritonitis-need baytril dosage FAST!

Sorry to intrude here, but is there perhaps an OTC version of this for animals like pigeons or fish?
You can get it for pigeons here: https://www.jedds.com/shop/misc/
It used to be sold for fish as Fish Enro, but is no longer available on any of the sites I've shopped on.
Plumbs Veterinary Drug Handbooks says 15 mg/kg.

Please tell me someone can help me. My 2 yo blue andalusian hen has EYP. I have 2 tablets of baytril 68 mg. I was told to grind them, add 9cc of Ensure and mix. This is from a previous chicken and I have no dosage for the tablets. She is about 3 lbs. Please help!!!
As others have said, the Baytril dose is 10-15 mg per kilogram, which is 4.54 to 6.8 mg per pound, so you can give her 1/4 tablet twice a day if you want.

Warning, mixing Baytril with anything that has calcium in it might decrease the effectiveness of the Baytril!

"DRUG INTERACTIONS:
Compounds that contain metal cations (e.g., aluminum, calcium, iron, magnesium) may reduce the absorption of some quinolone-class drugs from the intestinal tract."

Oh geez. That’s good to know. I’ve given Enro and calcium together.
