HELP PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!! CHICKEN PROBLEM WITH NECK PLEASE RESPOND ASAP

I have a black cochin bantam frizzle, hen. and her neck is like stuck inside she wont or cant pull it out. she wont move eat or drink or even open her eyes. this thing has also killed many of my light brama hens please help me i really dont want to loose Massie is there anything i can do?????

What do you mean by neck "stuck inside"? Would need more information to attempt to help. In the meantime, find out where you can get a necropsy done in your area, so you can bring them the next one that dies. They may be able to tell you exactly what it died of.

her neck well its hard to explain. its like she has her neck pulled inside but she cant pull it back out to its normal postion
