When did you last de-worm your chickens?
What kind of additives do they have in their drinking water?
What kind of water dispenser do you use, plastic or metal?

i let them out and about around 5 times a month......
i de-wormend them about a year ago...
i use Battles Poultry Drink and use a nipple feeder.

Don’t add new chickens yet. If she has something that is contagious, could be bad news. This could also agree out the sick chicken, causing her condition to worsen more quickly.

Her toes look good.

If last de-worming was over a year ago, I would de-worm the whole flock using Flubendazole 5%, 1,2 g/kg feed, for 7 consecutive days, feeding them only medicated food during this time. No treats, no scratch, nothing on the side.

Battles Poultry Drink supplements only minerals, what do you use for vitamin supplement?

And how often do you add Battles Poultry Drink? (Too much of a good thing ...)

i don't use a vitamin supplement..... could u recommend one.
i have just started using poultry drink due to a hen doing watery poop

You could try Poultry Nutri Drench, but have to stop using Battles Poultry Drink. Supplying both at the same time would lead to an unhealthy overdose of minerals.

The important thing is to de-worm first, then administer vitamin additive and to round it up feed them for 3 consecutive days Moro's carrot soup:
