HELP!!! PLEASE HELP MY BABY QUAIL!!!

It's not eating, it's not drinking, I fed it sugar water, vitamins and egg yolk and it's STILL not doing better. It's been like this for 3 days now

Yesterday it perked up enough to eat but now it looks WORSE. What should I do?! I'm panicking here
