Help please- Hen is screaming in pain all morning

She hasn't laid an egg yet but she is still making the noises. she isn't hot anymore which is good. I was a little worried about that. I don't think she is going broody cuz everytime i go in there the rooster is in the nest box with her. I'll keep an eye on her and see if any other signs appear. She is drinking and eating so thats good.
Thanks everyone for trying to help. I'll post with an update if she gets better or worse.

When our hens go broody, they make a horrific "screaming" sound when anyone, human or chicken, comes close to them. They usually puff themselves up and either sit in the nesting box like that or walk around like that.
