HELP PLEASE! in the middle of an assist hatch & my guide is unavailble now!

UPDATE: You are so right @Lacrystol . Being my first time hatching eggs, I panicked at the first sign of what I THOUGHT was trouble. Sorry I haven't been online. I kept missing the responses and I finally got to a point of total meltdown. So I turned off the computer, got down on my knees, and I prayed for guidance through this. The end result....Happy Birthday to my Scoodie :D

Lil guy was so tired and took a while for his yolk to absorb, but I did not leave his side since Friday morning. His navel is a little protruding still, but reducing quickly. In this picture he is lifting himself up and starting to wobbly walk. I'm so ATTACHED to him. I am very aware in these next couple weeks anything can happen, but I have faith Scoodie is going to be just fine :D

ALSO...
At 3pm (central time) today...Scoodie's sibling Zooma was born! He litterally walked out of his shell, and has not stop trampling the incubator since LOL. I sat on my hands and was very patient with this one. Yes Lacrystol, I have LEARNED my lesson.!

I'm feel very truly blessed right now :DDD. Thanks to all that tried to help me. I was a nutcase!

OMG!!!! Thats amazing! I'm so happy for you! And Scoodie is absolutely adorable!

OMG THEY MADE IT WOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOO GOOD DEAL!!!

Thanks all. @Lacrystol , I've read so many posts where you've helped many assist their ducklings as if they were your own...Your a great person :D

I know Scoodie's odds are against him, but I'm there for him. I carry heavy guilt for not doing my homework better BEFORE I started incubating. I"m giving him lots of alone time now... He's on "DO NOT DISTURB"! The cuddles can wait until he is well rested. He isn't eating or drinking yet. How long can he go without? What do you suggest I give him or do for him, if anything, to help him get stronger and healthy? Heck, any advice to benefit lil Scoodie is much appreciated.

First you need to get him a friend, ducks don't do very well alone. A stuff animal or other duck should work. How's his vent? has it completely closed up, if so can he hold his head up? If so give him some vitamins. MAKE sure his head it up though.

My favorite is Poultry drench and Vitamin B complete, they can survive without food or water for three days but you don't want to hold off that long. He won't get up with his vent swelled up so we need that to shrink down and completely close up

I rolled up a washcloth like a duck...he lays on it. Can i put his sibling in with him now? His head is up, but he is still stumbling & wobbling around. He is still sleeping a lot, but he is waking and moving around in more intervals. I put the vitamins in the water & he did drink from the water bowl when I was peeking into the room...sneaky duck! LOL. his navel/vent area is looking good. It has went down even more. It looks like a small scab sore now. Should it be dry? I have been putting bactrecin (spelling?) on it...is that ok? I took the starter food(non-medicated) and added his vitamin water to it to make it mushy. I haven't seen him eat it, but apparently he likes to be sneaky so he may be eating without me knowing. Do i need to feed him? If so, how do i go about it.

Thanks so much Lacrystol....you rock!
