Help please, is this bumble foot?

I tried but don't know how much I need to pick at it and dig? I bathed for 15min in Epsom water, used betadine solution to clean then used tweezers then betadine again then blob of betadine antiseptic ointment then bandaged. Animal supply all closed till New Year so I couldn't get antibiotics.
...ill post pics of foot..

Sometimes the infection is deep in the foot. You may have to go down farther (as gross as it sounds!). Did you feel anything when you were pushing on it? With a bumble this big I'm surprised it wasn't near the surface 🤢
I squished and picked till no more hard lump, lump came out and hard crusty bits. Looks like a hole in her foot now

Oh, it sounds like you got it then! Good job! Now it's just gotta heal. 😁
She stood up straight away and ate and pecked around to my surprise, I thought she would just lay down on her side to take weight off her poor foot.
I had to take deep breaths and give myself a minute before attempting, was very scary and worried about causing her so much pain :( I knew if I did not do it she might die so had no choice but to try.
Do I change the bandage every few hours?
I was going to trim her nails but I'll wait till tomorrow at least, enough trauma for one day :th

I had to work on a chickens bumble foot once and had the same problem 😅. I was so nervous and thought I was gonna puke when I saw the foot bleeding. But I bet she's definitely feeling better with that giant lump out of there! You can change the bandage frequently since chickens are pretty dirty (usually) and tend to get hay/dirt/mud in it.
