I agree that it looks like fowl pox. My flock had it earlier this summer. Usually it will just run its course and go away, and then they will be immune. Comes from mosquito bites. Separating her is not necessary. Most likely, you will see it on some of your others as well.
Use Neosporin or a similar antibiotic ointment around the eye lesions, as this is not irritating to the eye. If you have an antibiotic ophthalmic ointment to use in the eye, that is even better.
The two things that can go wrong are, they can get the wet type, in their mouth and respiratory tract, or they can get a secondary infection of the head/face if the pox lesions are extensive enough and/or get infected.
