Help Please...My Buff has gone Broody...

When I went downstairs into the basement, Miss Pasty Butt was perched on the washer handle so I left it in the crate BUT added a nice long piece of 2x4 on the bottom so she has a place to stand as well...

Looks great! Don't let her fool you I to thinking she isn't broody though. Mine start acting normal so I let them out and go straight back to the nest the minute my backs turned! I'd say she will need at least three days. Sometimes longer. They do look at you all sad but she will be fine!

Oh yes....she's already got the long face on...I won't be taking her back to the coop at least until Saturday afternoon...that gives 3 days in her new, minimally decorated apartment. If she heads back to the next, another round in the basement she goes!
