Sorry to hear about your hen, it looks as though she has MG or Mycoplasma gallisepticum, it is contagious, so she should be separated from the flock.

That does not look good. Have you been able to pull her eyelid back to see if there is pus in the eye or something else causing it?

Welcome to BYC.
I suspect your hen got pecked in or around her eye causing the swelling since there are no other signs of a respiratory disease including Mycoplasma Gallisepticum (MG.)
Wrap your bird in a towel to immobilize her. Use a sewing needle sanitized with alcohol. Then stick the needle in the swollen "white" area in the corner of her eye, and gently squeeze the liquid out.
Then apply a small dab of Terramycin eye ointment or regular Neosporin in her eye in order to heal and prevent infection. Then just observe her for a few days. Done.
