lol I did do it to the side of her beak, but she twisted her head and got her beak around the dropper when I squeezed, she inhaled and coughed a couple of times, rattled and them started telling me off like no ones business!
Ive been staying away from my other birds out in the coop. I dont want to cross contaminate anything. Im wondering if its ok for me to go see my other hens. I miss them so much!
My oldest son has been doing the care for them and hes been doing a beautiful job with it too. In fact they are starting to follow him around....they never did that for me!
Although Juicy does not seem to be getting worse, but not really much better, its like its just stagnate, nothing going one way or the other. She is alert, and going around the cage. Sometimes she tips over when she loses her footing on the smooth surface. I ahve shavings because I dont ahve any paper to put down for her. Other than that she seems ok.
She seems to sleep alot, but I guess thats the best thing in the world for healing!
Thank you so much leadwolf and everyone else who have weighed in here about my birds, I really appreciate it! I get so panicky really easy since I have an anxiety disorder. And Im a chronic worry wart! Everyones words have been a huge help and comfort!
