Help please-sick hen

I'm in Jacksonville FL. Mild Winters and hot summers. They will be 2 in August. I only have 4 and recently moved them to a much larger coop. Maybe that's stressing them? I feed them Purina laying feed pellets. Plus veggies and fruits leftovers.

Can you get a picture of the feather loss? Do you see new pin feathers coming in?
Have they ever molted?

Oh no, she just laid this!!

Well, it was good to get the whole egg out, but the yolk and albumen right after is a little different there.
Was there evidence of a membrane along with the yolk?

Is she still on antibiotics? Is there more yolk/albumen leaking from the vent?
Sorry for all the questions. IF the yolk/albumen is leaking, there's a good chance that could cause infection of the oviduct. If she's still on antibiotics then I wouldn't be as concerned about that.

Yes in antibiotics, but tomorrow is last day. The odd shaped egg came first. Then the yolk. I didn't see any membrane. She seems a little more alert today, walking around and yesterday she wasn't walking. BTW...I'm so so thankful for your help

O.k. hopefully the antibiotics will help with that.

So she was not well while she was working on that egg and yolk, but she's dong a bit better since she expelled them. Since tomorrow is her last day of antibiotics - I would add some vitamins and probiotics to her diet if you have not already been doing that.
A little yogurt stirred into her feed can be used, buttermilk with a small amount of white rice or you can purchase probiotics at the feed store.
