Help please

I went to the feed store and bought four olive egger pullets and two are roos. I really wanted 4 hens but everyone is telling me I can't add because they are 6 weeks allready. Any suggestions

I've never had issues introducing chicks to each other. It seems like they're still trying to figure out life and could care less if new chicks are added. If it were me I'd go get 2 more pullets and raise the 2 roos for future dinner or give them away on Craigslist.

6 week old chicks don't have enough social structure to have real problems with integration. I added 2 chicks to 2 chicks at 6-7 weeks without issue.

You do want to make sure they're the same age or close to the same age, as a large size difference can cause problems.
