Help please!!!

If the green line on the egg is where you marked for the air sac, then it's ok. Ducklings will pip, then rest, sometimes up to 24 hours before they continue to zip. Just make sure the humidity is around 65 to 70% and just wait before doing anything else.

The humidity is at 80-87 most of the time and it hasn’t even piped yet

Can someone tell me if this is normal I’m thinking it’s not and the duckling started looking like that 8 hours-ish before I cracked it

In the first pic it looks like you have a saddle shaped air cell? I wish I knew that sooner... At this point, if the little one didn't make progress yet, I'd make the hole a bit bigger, big enough so you can see into the egg, then take a wet Q-tip and dampen the membrane, look for the beak and look for movement.

Ok thank you very much I’ll do that in the afternoon when I get home thank you

the air sack does look a little off. If you make the hole bigger and it starts to bleed a little, that's ok, and it will happen. stop if you notice lots of blood. This happened to me, and I checked to see how the duckling was doing by shining a bright light into the hole I made. the light surprises the duckling and annoys them, causing them to move around.

The little guy was in the wrong position and was shrink-wrapped really bad to the point that the membrane was just sitting in the shell not even attached. Here’s a picture sorry if it’s a bit graphic. I feel so bad! Did I accidentally kill the little guy?!
