ok well it can be internal. when ever my chick did this, she would drink and drink and her poop would be liquid. i was told to try yogurt. i was very confused on why but she did try to eat it. sadly though she didn’t survive. i felt like it was internal because she showed no external signs.
i would try some yogurt, it wouldn’t hurt to try. and maybe very gently rub near her stomach to get her insides moving alittle.
She got a lot worse. I told my dad to kill her. I have never cried so hard in my life over a chicken I have had for 4 days

i’m really sorry love. I know how you feel. My first ever chick i hatch died and i cried every time someone mentioned it. you just got to remember that if it was in any pain you took it out of its misery.
