No we haven’t fertilized any of the plants outside.

a vet may be her best option if you can get her to one. Otherwise, I'm not too sure what you can do for her...

No rat and ant poisoning are on a top shelf in a container, she wouldn’t be able to reach it.

This morning my Rhode Island hen was doing okay I went to check on her a couple of time and then at around 3 I went to check on her and she was unconscious. She’s breathing but her eyes are closed and she won’t open them, she won’t drink but she moving her legs but can’t walk or stand. Can someone please help me?

How is she doing?

I'm not sure what has happened to your hen. Have you checked to see if she's wounded somehow - any cuts or bruises hidden under her feathers?
