I treated a new pullet for a respiratory infection yesterday. Today a couple others are acting funny so I will treat them. This one has me really concerned though. She’s an Easter Egger and our roo has grabbed all her cheek feathers during mating. Today she looks like this... she can’t open her left eye

I strongly suggest that you put blinders/peepers on your rooster.
As far as your EE is concerned, I dont know if the eye closure is due to an injury from the rooster or if it's due to the respiratory infection running through your birds.
Personally, I'd rather deal with an eye injury than a respiratory disease.

The treatment for the possible eye injury would be to flush the eye with saline solution, gently pat dry and apply a tiny amount of Terramycin eye ointment in her eye twice a day as needed until healed. Neosporin can be used if the Terramycin is unavailable.

If it's due to a respiratory disease such as MG, follow the same procedure as above but also give your sick EE either Tylan 50 or Baytril. Give your other sick birds either medication as well. Only time will heal your EE's cheek.

I uncrusted her left nostril and her eye opened a bit. The vet (farm animal specialist in the area) gave her baytril and gave me antibiotics for the water bowl to treat them all. He also tube fed her some liquid feed to tide her over for the night. She’s still swollen but not quite as bad and was out scratching around eating a little bit ago. The other one who was looking rough with snot and runny eyes looks a bit better already too. I gave her vet rx around 3x fingers crossed
