Help please!!

I am not for sure what that is, but makes me think it could be a sort of wry neck or neurological issue, which can come from an accident, congenital, or vitamin deficiency.

Do you have any poultry cell for their water you could give them all just to see if that helps? I'd put it in their waterers every other day for around a week and see if it's helping.

Are they still eating chick starter?

I put some vitamins&electrolytes in their water tonight, put her in her own pen with electrolytes as well.

They are eating chick starter still but I have been feeding them eggs daily, about 3 eggs as a treat between the 20 of the chicks. Then they go and free range for about 3 hours a day where I’ve seen them eat all kinds of bugs and greens.

I just edited what I said as I forgot I have a chicken who did that as a chick last year and we figured it was neurological. I gave her a Vitamin E and a bit of scrambled eggs every day for a couple of weeks. It toned it down, but never stopped it. She's now a year and four months, and still does it to a certain extent.
