Help please!

My 2 year old kahki Campbell has been acting off. Today she still was: not really going out with her sister, staying nested in their enclosure, even going back into their hut. I was wondering if she was just struggling with an egg but even her sister seemed concerned and came to get us and bring us to her where she’s just nested in the pen. I went get her and she didn’t even try to run away or fight me (she tends to hate even just being touched). She just let me pick her up not struggling and as I went to put her into a bin to bring her inside she was having quite a bit of clear discharge coming out of her vent. It did look almost like egg white consistency and was completely clear. She hasn’t been eating anything and I even gave her her favorite foods and she hasn’t had any interest. She does take sips of water I gave her but that’s it. She just seems really tired and not feeling well. When she does poop a little it’s mostly clear/runny with slight yellow coloration or maybe a piece of poop but predominantly just clear fluid. It’s not that much that she’s pooping/discharging but I just want to help her and I can’t even figure out what could be wrong from the googling I’m doing. Any and all advice or insight I’ll take!
