No, I wouldn’t do anything but supportive care at this point. It would probably be too much on her to do a lot of things if she is super lethargic.
Her crop emptied, that is good, that shows you things are moving. If you can, get her to take in some fluids. Electrolytes mixed with some sugar or honey would be best.
I’m sorry she doesn’t seem to be doing well. You’re trying very hard to save her, I know the feeling. I hope she turns around. Keep her comfortable, warm and somewhere she can rest without being disturbed.
