HELP PLEASE

What's the measurements of the space they have? Coop and run. Are they all 6 months old? Depending how sever the cuts are infection will be your main concern. Also you need to clean the blood off her. Chickens will peck at red. Usually to comb bleeds they can bleed a good amount I'll put corn starch on it to stop the bleeding. You also mentioned cuts on her face they will need cleaned and treated with Vetericyn or neosporin. Is the area predator proof? Also is there anything she could have possibly got herself caught in and cut herself?
The area is predator proof for sure, there’s really not much she could cut herself on as we coated the coup for warmth for the winter in a barn

You probably have too many chickens for the space. Chickens with temperament need lots of space. Can you free range them at least a few hours, daily.

If you really have no possibilities to separate, sell her + one more hen to someone who has lots of room and very few chickens. Or sell 2 bullies.
Change in flock dynamics and more space can make a difference.
The place is pretty big, they do get free range 2 hours every day in the barn, but not outside due to snow

Also yes their all around 6 months except for my black sex links who are 4-5 as we got them a bit later

How deep is your snow? And when they are not free ranging in the barn, are they just in the coop? This might be the cause of the problem, crowded conditions over long periods can definitely lead to chickens getting testy and irritable with each other, leading to injuries like this. I didn't see where you have told us in feet, how big the coop is where they are spending most of their time. Can you give us the dimensions, L x W, in feet? That may help us figure out what happened to your hen.

About 2 feet deep, it’s 50 feet wide 50 feet long I throw in apples to try to stimulate them until our enrichment toys come, yeah when they don’t free range they are in the coup

Is there anything in the coop or is it just a big empty rectangle? It almost sounds like a big run. Can you out what we call "clutter" in there to keep them occupied? Anything to give them things to get on top of, under, or behind, so they can take breaks from each other? Think old tables, coffee tables, chairs laid on their side, pallets leaning against a wall, propped up on cinder blocks, or leaned up against each other to make a A-frame. Just don't have any dead ends where a bird can get trapped by another. Anything to break up the scenery. If you have feeders and waterers in there, be sure a bird using one can't see or be seen from another. How's the ventilation? You don't want condensation (leads to frostbite on combs and wattles) or buildup of ammonia (leads to respiratory problems).

This may be more info than you need, but I hope it helps.
