Help please!!!!!!

My chicken I've noticed seems to have been breathing out her mouth then acting like she's chewing stuff I've noticed it looks like liquid may be coming out of her mouth also. Her top beak also curls somewhat over her lower beak ( it's a little deformed but she can still eat please help me! I love her and I'm scared she might die and I don't know if this will help. But her toe is deformed it's crooked and she is about 5-6 weeks old!
