help please

I'm not sure what she meant by "young". Bird #1 doesn't look like a pullet at all. Is it just her feathers messed up on the front of her neck or is she missing some feathers? If she's molting, then she's around a year old already.

Both in my opinion are deffinitely hens. More importantly, there is something terribly wrong with red hen #2's feet! They look huge and swollen, you might want to get a look at that. Maybe visit the emergencies/diseases/injuries section. Whatever it it is, it doesn't look good. Good luck.

Wyandottes should lay light brown eggs.
