I don't think that has an antibiotic in it, so unless it does, no, it's not good enough.

Today she seems a lot better than yesterday...she is more alert and she moves every time I go outside to check on her...I know she is eating because I gave her some bread...the water looks like she is drinking it a little at a time...I am glad she looks and acts better...I have to give her some more antibiotic today and put more on her bites...so far so good...however now my cat is sick and not acting right he however ate some of her laying mash and I am wondering if he got sick off of it?

Well update on Big Momma...she is going to have to be put down because her wombs are starting to go green and stink to high heaven. I do not want to do it but she is losing weight and body mass and her infection is not being helped by the antibiotics...I feel horrible about it, but my father says it has to be done...she is suffering and I do not want that...she has hardly moved today...when my little brother comes home he is going to take care of her, because I cannot do it...I am so sad that they killed all my hens...I was however told that my cousin was getting rid of the dogs asap...so that is a plus...I am scared to get anymore chickens or my quail because I am scared that they will just get killed again...I hate that I cannot have any animals due to someones animals...thank you all for helping and telling me what I needed to do...

I'm so sorry to hear about big Momma((hugs)). Making the decision to put an animal down is hard but sometimes it is what we need to do if the animal is suffering. PM if you would like to talk some more.

She is in a better place now and not in any pain...I am glad that she lasted like she did...i just could not see her suffering anymore...I will miss her and I wish I could have saved her eggs but I could not...so now I will be starting from scratch on both the pens and chicks...I am planning on putting eggs in when I can find some...I just hope that I can find someone that has some cochin eggs I could hatch...she was a beautiful blue splash cochin...I was hoping that I would have at least four babies cause that is what she had, but that will not happen...if anyone knows where I could any cochin eggs I would really like that...thanks

I'm so sorry, I know how hard this is for you have had to do similar things, it is never easy.

The owner of the dogs are responsible for replacing your stock, being family this may be a hard thing to push but you should at least mention it and see if they will step up to their responsibility.

She said she would but there is no need to order from a hatchery at the moment because it is too cold here...I have the incubator set up and I plan on hatching some the only thing I could have her get me is an automatic turner...but I do not honestly know what I should make her get...they destroyed my cages that were given to me and the chickens were given to me as well so I do not know what I would make her pay for...
