A friend of mine got 2 new hens and just put them with her other 4 and the original 4 attacked on of the new ones, shes all bloody around her vent area, what can she do?

Are you able to post pictures? They would help a lot. I would try to clean it with warm water and either betadine or peroxide in the water and then apply either neosporin or Blu-Kote.It looks like a big gash above her vent, please help
Okay, can she send you some pictures or join here herself? I'm not sure what we are talking about here. Is it really an injury or is it a prolapse going on? Above the vent and below the tail?She soaked her in warm water and applied peroxide and neosporin , it looks like something the size of an egg coming out. Sorry I can't post pictures she lives out of state
