A friend of mine got 2 new hens and just put them with her other 4 and the original 4 attacked on of the new ones, shes all bloody around her vent area, what can she do?
 
She soaked her in warm water and applied peroxide and neosporin , it looks like something the size of an egg coming out. Sorry I can't post pictures she lives out of state

Okay, can she send you some pictures or join here herself? I'm not sure what we are talking about here. Is it really an injury or is it a prolapse going on? Above the vent and below the tail?
 
It sounds like they've been pecking at her but again, I can't see. Separate the hen who is bleeding and put her in a warm safe place and give her viamins in her water and a feed not for layers if she can.
 
Sorry I posted wrong its not above the vent its between the legs staring at the rib cage all he way to the vent
