This egg has been like this for 12 hrs now and looks stuck. Should I help it.

can you see it breathing?
If so , I would give it a little more time.
It is such a hard call . Had one like that yesterday ,left it and when I woke up.it was running around the incubator.
There is a link "when to help" at the top of the link on top of this one..............
