Help Please

We had a chicken die on us the other day and we just found another one about to die , they have been fine the only thing we seem to notice is they make a funny sneezing sound when they eat. they havent been laying eggs in awhile along they were loosing feather and we thought maybe they were moulting but it has been a good 3 months since and feather are still not back.

I found one of my girls this morning, dead in a nesting box. She seemed fine last night. No sign of intruders or damage to her body (other than her molt). Is this normal? My girls are less than two years old.
