Help plz

Welcome to BYC. What have you been feeding, and does it have an adequate Niacin level ?
I've been feeding them chick crumb as that's what I was given for them.. I'm very new to this & am not sure what the age change for diet was so haven't moved them up. I can't get hold of duck grower but can get chicken grower would I be able to urs this instead for now? ? Also after readying up a little I noticed they could have dandelion greens so have been snipping them up and putting them in a water and food as well

Thankyou for all your help. I ended up taking her to the vets & he recons it's breathing thing so have been given antibiotics for her. So fingers crossed she'll be okish. I think the issue initially started a lot earlier than I realised and it's to do with her tank getting to damp on a couple of occasions when she was little and I think it's taken till now to show itself properly as I know with most animals when you see they're ill its genraly they are really ill because in the wild it would mean that there are easy prey :-( x

Hi just to update you on the situation, it's with much sadness that I have to say my little girlie has passed away, I think it was a little bit too much for her as she was so young & little & with Delilah being twice the size of her and constantly flapping her legs as she can't sit up was probably too hectic ich and she just couldn't handle it I tried to get the antibiotics in her but seeing as I've only had ducks for 4 weeks since I first got them I'm not the best duckkeeper however I still have Delilah and I'm going to try my best with Delilah she is more injured and not able to walk or do a lot for herself so we have to look after her properly so I'm making sure that her environment is dry and warm rather than damp and the same with her after she's fed and had a bath that she's dry properly before she goes to bed so we don't have the same issue, she's going to have issues as she gets older anyway because she can't stand up and she constantly lays on her side so is likely to have breathing problems as she gets older anyway so I will be keeping a very close eye on her x
