Ok so I began to pluck my chicken and I noticed this🤮

One photo that close makes it a bit touchy to feel very confident in trying to offer an opinion.

I imagine that you are still plucking her. Look for signs of an abscess. Cut it out if you see a sore like that (like an abscess).

Otherwise, it’s more likely just bruising, and you will be fine. You will still want to soak the carcass in a salt water brine to pull as much blood out of the meat as possible. And cut away anything that “feels” questionable. ...
 
You are on the right track IMO
Severe damage like that, and the asssociated bruising, will not taste right, no matter how skilled you are w cooking them.
After having a bit more info.... I’d just pass on that wing.
I’d remove it all together and enjoy the rest of the bird-
