The very best "perker-upper" is Poultry Nutri-drench. You can make a "tea" out of a few drops in the waterer, and you should see almost immediate results. It won't hurt the other one to drink the "tea" either.

If this came on just recently, I would check the chick over carefully for possible problems other than just not seeing to eat. Impacted or sour crop may be the problem. Other infections could be developing where antibiotics might be necessary.

Monitor the poop and compare it to the healthy one. How is it different? Poop is one of the best indicators of health or sickness.

Also check for pasting. Get some nutri-drench into it ASAP. You can put a full strength drop to the side of the chick's beak, and see if she drinks it. I never put liquid directly in a chick's mouth.
