Help! Possible pip not in air cell?

There appears to be a tried pip on upper right. There are various cracks around as you see so I'm not sure what's going on. When candled it looks like what is the unsuccessful pip is just below the air cell line. (The air cell is at an angle). I know assisting is the last resort so I'm wondering if this little guy needs help. I have six hatched on day 20 and 21 and six still in incubator on day 24. I float tested a couple last night and they are still viable. But noticed all the "cracks" in this one so didn't float.

Nevermind, I gave up on it. Did an eggtopsy and it had died after breaking into the air cell. Maybe malposition. And the crack was not a pip. Maybe it was from the hatched chick knocking it around.
