Help! Prolapsed vent?

This little gal is about 2 weeks old. I have had her for 3 days and this just occurred this afternoon. She does not seem distressed by it. She is active, eating, and drinking. I tried wiping it, and although it is red it is not bloody. What is it and what do I do??
