Help Pros! 5 day old chick Hard Crop!

This is the SLW that has worried me since day 1. Eating medicated starter and plain water. On paper towels over pine shavings. Pulled back a corner of the paper towel yesterday and played in the shavings. I don't know if they ate any shavings before I discovered it. This is the first time I decided to feel crops (I've been focusing on butts). The other six felt mushy. SLW (Winnie) feels hard! She's been "behind" everyone else since I picked them up. She's even on the smallish side. But she has been eating, drinking, and pooping. Just not as vigorously as the others. She also sleeps more than the others. Now I'm scared. I love her. What should I do?

Ok, I searched. I offered olive oil-soaked bread. She said "no", two others had a taste, I hope that's ok. I did dip her beak into the bread and she seemed to swallow a little oil. I've done light massage, hoping these are not shavings. She is not lethargic or acting sick, yet. She's just the only one with this hard crop. I do notice that she eats more than she drinks. She has drunk a few times since the oil sip. Just an update...
