Help quail is getting bullied

I have four 8 week old quail and at first they were fine then after a while one of them started getting pulled with bits of the feather coming off its back. The week after it got worse the ear bit was bleeding and she was blind in one eye I've since separated her from the other three but don't understand when they were at the place I bought them they were fine

What type of quail do you have? If she's coturnix then they mature at 6 weeks and will begin to lay and mate. If the others you have are males then that could be the problem. Also do they have enough space? They don't require much but extra space helps. Hiding spots and dust bath are good entertainment. Often chicks are good together then once they mature it's different. Is she the same color as the others? My jumbo brown hen would pick on my A&M male due to his color and his condition. He was a star gazer. Keep her seperate but so she can see the others and won't feel lonely. Give her a dust bath, food , water and a few treats.
