I have a coturnix quail that had a unusually large beak. Today I checked on him and the bottom half of his beak is missing. His beak unlike most quail is a little over a inch long now it is about 1/2
Of of a inch he looks like he's doing fine he is eating he is drinking right now I separated him from the other quail and he is happily having a dirt bath but but she cannot breed with the other girls and this has made him hyper aggressive and with the bottom half of his beak missing he basically has a needle attached to his face. He is chasing the other quails around the coop all day and pecking them they're all trying to run away and when he picked me his beak hurt what should I do? Should I separate him from the other quail? Try to make his beak normal? Or should I put him back in the coop and just leave him alone. Although I am not going to put him back with other quail I'll lock him in a part of the coop. Anything helps thank you.
