we had these quail in with the others and they were going fine. The male quail started pecking them but we didn’t know. when i checked on them these two were badly injured. the first set of photos are one quail. injured foot and a hole in his head. the second set of photos that quails skin is torn away from his skull and what i called ear lobe is ripped. same on the other side but worse. i’ve cleaned the wounds but the second quail won’t stop bleeding. What do i do????

I would try to put gentle pressure on the one that won't stop bleeding, that should slow/stop the blood from continuing to flow. Provide water for them if they seem to want it and don't let them outside where flies can get into the cut or anywhere the wound could get infected.

ok thank you so much

Are their injuries the result of being pecked by other quail because of fighting or attempts to breed? If so, I would keep them separated and make sure you have a good ratio of male to female quail. One male to at least 3 or 4 females is a good ratio.
