I’m following along to see what you decide to do! If you hatch them please post pictures!
I don’t think we are going to, because of the risks of hatching them, and complications when they do hatch. We talked to a specialist for bird rehabilitation and she also said to just toss them. We ate debating tossing them or sticking them in a birds nest who just laid her eggs.

I agree, they are strictly insectivores and raising and rehabbing these birds is an absolute nightmare.
I rehabbed a flycatcher fledgling and I told myself, never again. (the fledgling fell inside a commercial truck and ended up in the grocery store where I worked, 150 miles away from its parents).
A few years later I watched a swallow nest die. I strongly believed one of the parents died, and the other abandoned the nest with 3 fully feathered chicks. The remaining parent stayed all day near the nest but never fed the chicks. I watched the chicks die one by one, and I was really wanting to save the last one. But swallow are a major nightmare to feed and rehab, worse than flycatcher, so I let nature run its course.

Thank you, aren't they beautiful! You might just set the eggs aside, they might dry out like fairy eggs do. But put them outside just in case they explode. I would try saving them and add them to my collection of Wild Things if they were mine. (Butterfly wings, an abandoned turtle shell, turkey feathers, etc.)
