HELP! Red faced chicken!

Is this normal? I woke up and noticed my chicken had a red face, I'm pretty sure it didn't look like that 2 days ago! I don't know much on chickens, I won this one in a fair. Perhaps it's a different chicken breed from the ones that I'm used to...

It seems fine to me. A lot of games I believe have the "red faces" How old is it?

Is it a hen? Don't know a lot about game birds. But when hens get ready to start laying their combs and wattles will get very red.

He's 5 months old. I don't think it'll lay eggs soon, they told me that those chicken never lay eggs, they're used for food

Could be a breed of cornish. They have read faces. That is just my guess! Good luck!

It's fine. My chickens have red faces.

just my opinion, but for 5 mos. old, "he" does not look like a "he". It is normal for them to redden up at this age.

From what they told me, white hen do not lay eggs. They are born from a brown hen and a white rooster
