HELP! RED THING HANGING ON TO OUR NEWBORN CHICK!!!!!!

Our newborn chick had this red sac thing attached to it. What do I do? Should I leave it alone? Is it a organ?

Take out the other chicks or move her. They’ll want to peck the area causing even more problems for you both.

Is she just hatched? Looks like just a bit of yolk sac left. Let her absorb it and don't mess with it. Sometimes if they hatch a little to soon they have some leftover. No cause for alarm. Just don't let the other chicks peck it or pop it. She'll be just fine.
