Help regarding lumps

Hello there, certain someone is asking for help on a chickens' Facebook group regarding this

Says they feel like bubbles and the feathers fell down. Said they are located on its neck, loin and side wing.

I have not seen this before. It might be from a predator attack?

I would isolate and tread the wounds with triple antibiotic ointment. The bubbles might need to be drained.
