My silkie has been diagnosed Newcastle disease by a vet doctor
He told me she can't survive a day but it is been three days since and she is still alive and today she started eating again and looked much brighter, though she is coughing alot
I feel too heartbroken to see my silkie hen in this condition
I started giving her antibacterial medicine and vitamins
I just wanted to know weather she will survive or not

To the best of my knowledge, Newcastle can only be diagnosed through the isolation of the virus from infected birds. Unless your veterinarian did this, he made a presumptive diagnosis based on symptoms. If your hen is responding to antibiotics, she has a bacterial infection (also serious) but most likely may not have Newcastle. Good luck at saving her, but realize that she may remain a carrier of whatever disease she is presently evidencing.
