Help required please

hi all,

First timer here and my hatch has taken an interesting turn.
On day 21 and went to bed last night with 2 eggs slightly cracked/pipped.
Woke us this morning and checked and one chick has hatched and seems to have a lot of energy? Is this normal?
With its movement its pushing other eggs about and chirping a lot. It's not even fluffed up yet?!
I have a brooder ready but I'm not sure whether to open the brooder as don't want to compromise the other 10 eggs?
The chick can only have been hatched up to 5 hours.
I'd welcome any advice. As not a clue what to do for the best.

Chicks are very active and will move around in the brooder, playing soccer with the other eggs. This should not cause any serious issues. Best to leave the incubator alone, as disrupting the other chicks may compromise your hatch.

Many thanks for the advice which I followed and now have 6 very cute and seemingly health little chicks. I've now transferred them to the brooder, as no pipping in the 5 remaining eggs. Last hatch was 12hrs ago, so not too hopeful about these, how long would you give them?

That's great. I usually wait for 24 hours after the last chick hatched
