My Ducks all get regular feed and no treats as it has the niacin that they need and the rest of the ingredients to keep them healthy. They have gotten lettuce before but only about once a week and not very much. I hope yours gets better. It sounds like it might have gotten ahold of something under the porch. No poison has ever been put our for mice or anything under there? I pray it gets better. If it were mine I would probably give it activated charcoal just in case it got into something it should not have. Good luck with yours. I am no expert by any means but have had several ducks for quite a while now and had them years ago.
I give them niacin with some of their meals

Around 3 months, they will not eat their feed they will barely sometimes. We feed them peas, green beans (cooked), and some corn Sometimes a bit of tomato Sometimes they eat their feed willingly
Stop all the treats immediately. (Green beans, peas, tomatoes, corn, etc…) a nutritiously balanced diet is crucial, treats should not exceed more than 10% of their diet, but that’s the absolute maximum. Less is better. What exact feed do you feed besides the treats?

at the store they didn’t have exact duck feed, they fed them meat bird crumble. my parents got them a small bag of feed, but it said medicated… I looked up if it was bad and apparently it was. we Went back in a week or so to get the crumble, and in the meantime I looked up foods they could eat. I gave them niacin because their legs were somewhat weak. They are still on meatbird crumble. I’ll see how I can stop the treats but that they still eat their feed. Earlier the duck rested its head and sat down. You know how they do that, right? Anyways, it did that (lowered its head) and tried scratching its head. It slowly fell fowards, but it cleared up really quick

We feed them eggshells sometimes (blended into basically dust) and every now and then scrambled eggs (not too often)

I'm sorry to say this bluntly, but I believe what is happening to your duck is an issue you likely caused by feeding so many treats. It's very likely a niacin deficiency, and if your ducks only eat treats they don't get the right nutrition. It's a preventable issue - CUT DOWN on the treats. It should be no more than 5% of their food intake AT MOST.
People think it's "good" to "spoil" their pets, but it's not. They might be happy wolfing down those peas, green beans, tomato and corn, but they aren't happy when they can't stand up because they're being fed wrong. Niacin is just the most obvious deficiency, but they're likely also missing many other components they need to stay healthy.
This sounds like a niacin deficiency. You can look up how much niacin to supplement to fix your duck.
Please feed them right. If you stop the treat feeding, they will eat their food.

Sorry! They just wouldn’t eat their feed, even if they were starving, so I had to feed them something, and now they’re used to eat like that
