He rested and after a few hours ,ate seemed better, just now though he's lying in the wood shavings and he's upright with his leg out to the side...??? At first no,but I brought him in and gave him sugar water and cooked him some oatmeal ...he's doing 100% better this morning!!! I think he was dehydrated ...which is odd seeing as I water them with a big ice cream tub :/ also h has always been the bossy pants.do you think, since I spend more time with him as my pet, will they pick on him more?

I don't think that matters but since I don't have chickens as pets, I can't say for sure.
Is he young? Hens will dominate a young cockerel till he gets full grown.

He is 6 weeks.out of my 7 incubabies,he was my first born and I always favored him.i take him inside, spend time with him ,not constantly but at least 3 -4 hours a week since birth...then I return him and the other six flick around him like they're drilling him on where who what happened :)
He's doing 150% better ,he was dehydrated I guess...I don't understand how unless he was kicked away from the water...he was always the tough guy before this ...

Good to hear. If you have any conflicts in the flock, it's important to have multiple food and water stations.

Whenever a bird is removed from the flock, even for short periods, they can be outcast.
