HELP,roo is not right....

This is my pet chicken ,Copper. Started yesterday he was quiet and calm while his siblings were normal and hyper. Like they always are.he was sleeping and shivering after every breath real latharguc. This morning he was same,so I brought him in and isolated him in the sick cage. He rested and after a few hours ,ate seemed better,just now though he's lying in the wood shavings and he's upright with his leg out to the side...??? Help help.his poop is normal and happening normally his butt looks fine...what could it be?earlier his mouth was open slightly...

He is 6 weeks.out of my 7 incubabies,he was my first born and I always favored him.i take him inside,spend time with him ,not constantly but at least 3 -4 hours a week since birth...then I return him and the other six flick around him like they're drilling him on where who what happened :)
He's doing 150% better ,he was dehydrated I guess...I don't understand how unless he was kicked away from the water...he was always the tough guy before this ...
